Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore serves as the Associate Director of Security at Draper, leading a team of over 25 cybersecurity and IT professionals responsible for maintaining critical information systems and supporting security plans for Authorization to Operate. Prior to this role, Matthew held various positions at Sikorsky, including Business Performance Manager and Program Integrator, where significant contributions included reducing cost risk and managing program planning for helicopter programs. Matthew's military experience as an Intelligence and Security Officer and Executive Officer in the US Army further established strong leadership and operational management skills. Matthew holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
