Currently serving as a Sr. UX Researcher & Designer at Draper, Mindi previously held leadership roles at companies such as Cision, FM Global, and CVS Health, where they fostered user-centered design practices and established research operations. Mindi holds a BA in Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis, a BS in Computer Science from Webster University, and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
