Paul Rocha

Paul Rocha is an experienced Layout Designer with a strong background in custom layout and design across various semiconductor processes. Currently employed at Draper since July 2023 as a Layout Designer (SMTS), Paul has held multiple contract positions, including notable work for GCR with Draper Labs and Triple Crown with Skyworks, where expertise in analog circuit layout and Cadence Virtuoso was applied. Previous roles include significant contributions to organizations such as IBM, Northrop Grumman, and Micron Technology, focusing on advanced technologies ranging from Millimeter Wave to Quantum Logic. Paul Rocha's educational foundation includes a certificate in Integrated Circuit Layout Design from the Institute for Business and Technology.
