Philip Thibodeau

Philip Thibodeau is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as an Information Systems Security Officer at Draper since February 2023, focusing on cybersecurity operations and special programs. Prior to this role, Philip worked as a Classified IT Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included building secure information systems and implementing NIST 800-53 & 800-171 controls. Philip's experience at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from June 2014 to January 2023 included roles such as Assistant Team Lead in the Security Operations Center, where programming and configuring intrusion detection and card access control systems were key tasks, and as a Security Operations Center Operator monitoring security for a large facility. Philip holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, also with a Cybersecurity focus, from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
