Rick Baruffi

Rick Baruffi is an experienced Autonomous Systems Engineer currently serving as a Senior Member Technical Staff at Draper since June 2015, after progressing from Member Technical Staff II. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Mechanical Engineering Intern at iRobot, where Rick tested production robot configurations and developed a new sensor test procedure. Additional internships at iRobot involved facilitating the assembly of telemedicine robots and collaborating on performance improvements. Rick also coordinated summer programs at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, managing safety and education for over 400 students. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
