Ryan Aldrich

Ryan Aldrich is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in software and systems engineering, specifically within the defense and automotive industries. Currently serving as Principal Test Equipment Systems Engineer at Draper since December 2022, Ryan previously held roles such as Senior Radar Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technologies and Test Development Engineer at Teradyne, focusing on radar systems and automated test equipment. Prior experience includes software engineering for automotive radar products at Veoneer and Autoliv, as well as significant contributions as a Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems and Chief of Production in the US Air Force. Ryan possesses advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management of Technology, complementing a foundational education in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
