Scott O'Shea

Scott O'Shea is a seasoned payroll and benefits professional with extensive experience in payroll management and administration. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Draper since August 2018, Scott has previously held roles as a Benefits Administrator for the Town of Brookline and as a Budget Analyst for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority. Additional experience includes managerial positions in payroll at the MBTA and the Town of Brookline, where Scott began as a Payroll Accountant. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, complemented by foundational education at Xaverian Brothers High School.
