Stephen Rusinko

Stephen Rusinko serves as the Vice President of Operations at Draper since January 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Trident Program operations and managing a diverse team to align with organizational objectives. In this role, Stephen directs the entire operations lifecycle for guidance systems designed for the US Navy Trident, leading procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and project execution. Previously, as Associate Director at Draper, Stephen oversaw production operations for Trident guidance systems and managed significant component and integration activities. Prior experience includes roles as Engineering Manager at Qimonda and Infineon Technologies, focusing on semiconductor operations and leading 12" fab startups. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
