Thomas Cahill is a Systems Test Engineer in the Inertial Sensor Integration & Test Group at Draper, starting in July 2023, following a previous role as an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Co-op at the same company. With experience at Engineers Without Borders as Vice President and Guatemala School Project Design Lead, Thomas has led a team in designing leach field and wastewater systems for a school construction project. Additionally, Thomas served as Design Lead and Technical Manager for Paradigm Boring in a tunneling competition hosted by SpaceX and The Boring Company, and has held hardware engineering and R&D systems engineering co-op positions at Cometeer and NxStage Medical, respectively. A dedicated professional, Thomas started in customer service and lifeguarding roles earlier in his career and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechanics & Design at Northeastern University.
