William Trinkle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in personnel management and technical project leadership. Currently serving as Group Leader and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Draper since October 2011, Trinkle manages the Analog, Power, and Instrumentation Electronics Group, overseeing a team of up to 23 staff members while directing manpower forecasting, hiring, training, and performance management. Trinkle has held technical director roles on various programs related to inertial guidance, precision gravimetry, technology protection, and biomedical applications. Previous roles include Senior Product Design Engineer at Honeywell, where focus was on high reliability, radiation-tolerant designs for Defense and Space applications, and Electrical Design Engineer at Mustang Tampa, specializing in instrumentation and control systems. Trinkle holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida, along with an Associate's degree from the University of Central Florida.
