Elizabeth John is an experienced professional in the field of customer success with a strong background in clinical research and leadership. Currently serving as Lead of Customer Success at Drata since April 2023, Elizabeth has previously held roles such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to Drata, Elizabeth worked at DocMatter as a Clinician Success Team Liaison and Clinician Experience Manager.
