Jerry Rinke

Jerry Rinke is an experienced professional in renewals management and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Renewals Manager at mParticle since November 2022. Previously held the same position at TripActions from May 2022 to November 2022 and worked as a Renewals Account Manager at CyberArk from July 2020 to May 2022. Jerry's career also includes roles as a Customer Success Manager and Sales Development Representative at Idaptive, as well as sales-oriented positions at Centrify Corporation, PDCflow, MarketStar, Wayfair, and Convergys. Jerry holds an Associate’s Degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from Weber State University.
