Joseph Kim

Joseph Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales strategy and operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Revenue Operations at Drata since February 2025, Joseph leads sales strategy initiatives. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Director of Sales Strategy at OneTrust, where responsibilities included overseeing a $300M+ revenue portfolio and supporting a 250+ sales organization while implementing a rigorous governance model. Joseph has also held leadership positions at DocuSign as Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, and previously at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch, where strategic financial advisory services were provided. Joseph holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics & Accounting from UCLA.
