Lizzie Higgins is a seasoned customer success and operations professional with extensive experience in managing teams and enhancing customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Drata since October 2022, Lizzie previously held roles at Viasat Inc. as a Commercial Customer Operations Manager and Customer Operations Specialist, where Lizzie grew and nurtured high-performing teams during challenging remote work conditions.
