Pierce Lamb

Pierce Lamb is an experienced Staff AI Engineer currently employed at Drata since April 2025, following a brief tenure at SafeBase, which was acquired by Drata. Prior to this, Pierce served as Lead Software Engineer in Data and Machine Learning at VISO TRUST, where significant advancements in machine learning and document processing were achieved, including a multi-modal RAG pipeline for LLMs and a Real-Time Pipeline improving processing speed and accuracy. Pierce's career began with roles at Flickerbox, TIBCO, SnappyData, and various other companies, accumulating expertise in full-stack development, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Analytic Philosophy from Reed College.
