Amaresh Ramaswamy is the Chief Operating Officer at Draup. Prior to joining Draup, Amaresh served as the Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft India R&D, where they managed a $1 billion P&L and was responsible for growth, financial rigor, compliance and operational efficiency. Amaresh also served as the Site Operations Leader and helped build and scale new centers and operations across India. In addition, Amaresh led global initiatives on Emerging Markets as the Strategy & Business Development Leader. Amaresh also founded the Microsoft Accelerator, which has become the premier destination for top startups. Prior to their work at Microsoft, Amaresh was the Founder of Z7 Capital, a venture capital firm, and they also worked at Hewlett-Packard and Reliance Industries Limited.

Amaresh Ramaswamy has a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Master of Science in Engineering from University at Buffalo, and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
