Mayank Siddharth is a Consultant at Draup, where responsibilities include developing strategies to assist business leaders in navigating the global talent market since June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Global Trade Analyst at EY from April 2021 to June 2022, focusing on customs compliance for the EU region, and executing detailed audits and reporting. Mayank began a career at L&T Technology Services Limited as a StepIn Intern and contributed to Team Haya Off Roading as a Chassis Domain Lead and Chassis Engineer, participating in the design and fabrication of all-terrain vehicles for national competitions. A summer internship at GMMCO Ltd provided hands-on experience in heavy machinery maintenance.
