Sparsh Dhand

Sparsh Dhand has extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Draup since October 2020, where previous roles included Consultant and Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes an Associate Consultant position at Zinnov and an internship at The Hive Collaborative Workspaces. Sparsh completed a summer internship at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd and participated as a Delegate for India at the Asia Pacific Youth Exchange. In academia, Sparsh taught a course on Public Policy at PES University, employing interactive learning methods, and served as a Policy Fellow with Young Leaders for Active Citizenship, focusing on policy research and advocacy. Sparsh holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from PES University.
