Eric Bernstein

Eric Bernstein is the Chief Executive Officer of Drawbridge. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director on the group board of Aztec Group, a role they began in 2022 and continue to hold. They previously held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at EquityZen (2021–2023), Chief Executive Officer of Odessa (2023–2025), and President of Broadridge Asset Management Solutions (2017–2021). Earlier, they held Chief Customer Success Officer at eFront (2016–2017), Chief Operating Officer at Sophis (2007–2010), and Senior Vice President, Head of North American Sales at Linedata Services (2005–2007). Their education includes studying at Purchase College, SUNY (1989–1993) and a BS from the State University of New York system.
