Earlier experience includes roles as a Network Analyst and IT Support Specialist at Santa Clara County Office of Education, where Oliver was a subject matter expert in Identity Access Management and provided critical support for over 2,500 employees. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's degree in Information and Mechatronics from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology.
