Anthony Stainer

Anthony Stainer serves as the Vice President of People for North America at Drax Group, where responsibilities include leading the People function for 1,100 employees supporting biomass supply and the Bio-Energy, Carbon Capture and Storage (Global BECCS) business. Previously, Anthony held various leadership roles at TechnipFMC, including Vice President of People & Culture for the Subsea and New Energy Ventures businesses, overseeing up to 12,000 employees across North America and Latin America. Earlier career experiences include roles at Faurecia, Arthur D. Little, AXA, and BHP, focusing on HR transformation, management development, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne.
