Brett Staneff

Brett Staneff is an experienced electrical engineering professional with a diverse background in asset management and consultancy within the energy sector. Currently serving as Electrical Engineering Manager and Portfolio Asset Monitoring Lead at Drax Group since October 2018, Brett previously held the role of Principal Electrical Engineer at WSP, where advisory services were provided to power utilities and investment firms. As Managing Partner for Electrical Assets at Asset Doctor from November 2012 to October 2018, Brett specialized in engineering consultancy and asset life cycle management. Prior consultancy experience includes work for the Saudi Electricity Company, focusing on asset management strategies. Earlier roles at SSE plc involved responsibilities in asset engineering and condition monitoring, and foundational experience was gained at BT in various engineering positions.
