Caroline Bedford

Caroline Bedford is an accomplished IT and operations leader with extensive experience in service management and customer operations. Currently serving as the Head of Group IT Operations at Drax Group since December 2018, Caroline has previously held significant roles at Booking.com and Colt Technology Services, where responsibilities included service assurance, relationship management, and end-to-end service delivery. Notably, at Colt Technology Services, Caroline was accountable for a multi-lingual service desk and a network operations center, showcasing expertise in incident management, change management, and continuous service improvement across European and Indian markets. Caroline's early career began at Mercury Communications, and educational achievements were completed at Tottenham School.
