Guy Blackwell

Guy Blackwell is a seasoned Reward Director with extensive experience in reward strategy and management. Currently serving at Drax Group since May 2019, Guy previously held the position of Head of Reward (interim) at The Telegraph and Head of Reward at Coral, where significant contributions included building a Reward team from the ground up. Earlier roles at Aon Hewitt and Towers Watson involved leading reward strategy projects and benchmarking for various industry sectors, alongside developing tailored reward strategies. Guy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Loughborough University, earned between 2001 and 2004.
