Helen Hasted

Helen Hasted is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and colleague engagement. Currently serving as the Colleague Experience Senior Manager at Drax Group since April 2014, Helen has also held various roles within the organization, including Senior Internal Communications Business Partner - HR and Group Internal Communications Manager. Prior to joining Drax Group, Helen worked at Atkins from July 2007 to April 2014, where positions included Group Internal Communications Manager and Communications Manager for both Design & Engineering and Design Solutions. Helen's earlier experience includes a role as a PR Executive at Bluestorm Design & Marketing. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in PR and Marketing from the University of Hull and is an ILM certified business coach, completing Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Business Coaching at The Business Coaching Academy Ltd.
