John East

John East is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business services and performance management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Services and Performance at Drax Group since June 2021, John has previously held key roles at Haven Power, including Head of Quality and Assurance and Quality Assurance Manager, from October 2009 to June 2021. Early in his career, John worked as a Call Centre Manager at Direct Choice from March 2001 to October 2009, where responsibilities included managing and motivating team leaders and their teams to achieve set objectives. John holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University and completed secondary education at Ipswich School.
