John Stevens

John Stevens currently serves as the Head of Property at Drax Group, overseeing property matters for an international renewable energy company. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at Network Rail, where responsibilities ranged from negotiating commercial disputes to managing a national commercial agency team, achieving a significant increase in transactions. John also held the position of Head of Commercial Property at English Heritage, shaping real estate strategy, and acted as Corporate Real Estate Manager for Johnson Matthey in the EMEA region, focusing on office strategy and operational efficiency. Additional roles include serving as acting Head of Property for Greater Anglia, as well as working as a Development Surveyor with Solum Regeneration.
