Lawrence Beckett has extensive experience in operations and management within the cleaning and facilities services industry, currently serving as the Head of Workplace at Drax Group since April 2018, where responsibilities include developing a global plan to support company growth and team engagement. Prior roles include Owner/Director at JLB Service Solutions, Operations Director at Interserve and Mitie, and a significant tenure at Balfour Beatty Workplace, overseeing a £60 million business unit and leading strategic initiatives. Earlier experiences featured divisional leadership at Strand Cleaning, growing a portfolio substantially, and as Operations Manager at Mowlem Pall Mall, achieving notable recognition in service excellence. Lawrence Beckett is a graduate of Loreto College Grammar School.
