Nigel Youds is a seasoned professional in company secretarial roles with extensive experience in compliance and corporate governance. Currently serving as Deputy Company Secretary at Drax Group since October 2018, Nigel manages share plans and deputizes for the Group Company Secretary as needed. Prior to this, Nigel held various positions at UBM plc, including Deputy Company Secretary, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Secretariat team, compliance with stock exchange regulations, and serving as Secretary to the Audit Committee. Additionally, Nigel has experience as a Reward and Recognition Consultant and held roles focused on executive compensation and share plan management at UBM plc from 1999 to 2016.
