Pam Bland

Pam Bland is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Group Head of Internal Communications at Drax Group since September 2017. Previously, Pam held the position of Director of Airport Communications at Heathrow from October 2011 to March 2017, where responsibilities included engaging a workforce of 6,500 employees and 76,000 Team Heathrow colleagues, as well as managing passenger communications for 75 million travelers. Prior to Heathrow, Pam was the Head of Corporate Communications at the Ministry of Justice for approximately five years, overseeing communications for a large government department with over 95,000 staff and services impacting 9 million individuals. Additionally, Pam is the Owner of Red Rata Ltd.
