Rachel Grima has extensive experience in the energy and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the Head of Biomass to X at Drax Group since April 2015. Previously, Rachel held the position of Research & Innovation Engineer and Sustainability Analyst at Drax Group, where responsibilities included analyzing life cycle emissions, reporting sustainability metrics, and consulting on LCA methodologies in the biomass sector. Prior experience includes a role as a Vacation Student at Australian Paper Pty Ltd in 2013. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours Degree and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University, completed in 2014.
