Richard Graves

Richard Graves currently serves as the Governance & Integrity Team Manager at Drax Group, responsible for establishing a new team focused on governance and compliance, while engaging with key stakeholders. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at British Steel, including Lead Engineer - Process Safety and Manager of Central Mechanical Engineering, managing asset integrity efforts and ensuring legislative compliance. Experience also includes work as an Asset Integrity Engineer at Tata Steel Europe, where Richard specialized in corrosion and non-destructive testing techniques. Additionally, Richard has provided education as a part-time lecturer at North Lindsey College and possesses advanced degrees in Materials Engineering and Corrosion Control Engineering from respected institutions.
