Director - Future of Drax Power Station

Richard Gwilliam is an experienced professional currently serving as the UK BECCS Programme Director at Drax Group since September 2018, where leadership is focused on converting Drax Power Station into the world's largest Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage project. Richard's background also includes serving as Associate Director-Environment at Hyder Consulting, managing Environmental Impact Assessments for major infrastructure initiatives. Richard holds a Master of Science in Environmental Impact Assessment from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Loughborough University.
