Richard Talbot

Richard Talbot has extensive experience in project and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Drax Group since June 2021. Previously, Richard held the same senior project management role at Curtis Banks and spent nine years at Willis Towers Watson in leadership positions, including Head of Operations for Data Reference Services. Richard also has a long history with Willis Limited, contributing as Operations Manager and Project Manager/Business Analyst. Earlier career milestones include diverse roles at Willis Faber and WILLIS FABER & DUMAS LIMITED, illustrating a solid foundation in business systems and project management dating back to 1978. In early 2021, Richard sought new opportunities for project, change, or operations management roles and briefly considered future plans during a sabbatical in late 2019.
