Robert Nolan

Robert Nolan has extensive experience in the energy trading sector, currently serving as a UK Power and Gas Trader at Drax Group since November 2018. In this role, Robert optimizes profitability and manages risk for UK generation assets. Prior to Drax Group, Robert held positions at ENGIE and GDF SUEZ Energy International, where responsibilities included scheduling and dispatching generation assets and managing financial reporting for trading companies. Robert’s career also includes credit control roles at Bibby Financial Services Australia and SEEK, and an earlier position as a Back Office Contracts Administrator at International Power. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Liverpool and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
