Simon Clements

Simon Clements is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group HR Talent Director at Drax Group since April 2022, where Simon leads the Global Talent Centre of Excellence, overseeing key areas such as Talent Acquisition, Development, DE&I, and HR Programme Performance to support the company's sustainability goals.
