Our Consumer expertise spans Food & Beverage, Apparel & Footwear, Beauty & Personal Care, Lifestyle, and Retail. We are particularly active within the private equity community, supporting investors and portfolio businesses both pre-deal and throughout the investment lifecycle.

Within the Industrial sector, we support businesses across Building Products & Materials, General Manufacturing, B2B Product Distribution, Automotive, Engineered Products, Aerospace & Defence and Energy & Renewables.

We operate at Board level, both non-exec and exec, through to functional leadership roles. Our in-house assessment provision, DraytonAssess®, allows us to leverage unparalleled insight in our search proposition, or leadership development projects.

Drayton are also proud to be supporters of GroceryAid, a UK charity that helps people across the whole of the Grocery industry.

We are experts in our specialist sectors, and all have commercial and technical backgrounds so we ‘get’ what our clients are looking for. We know our markets intimately, bringing immediate substance to an executive recruitment project. We boast a highly successful track record and are widely known and respected within the industry.

We′re always interested in discussing new search projects or supporting candidates in their quest for a new role. We are happy to discuss any exec search requirements - call us on +44 (0)845 269 0550 or send us an email.
