Chad Lloyd

Chad Lloyd is an accomplished professional in land acquisition and community development, currently serving as the Division VP of Land Acquisition at DRB Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of General Manager Land at NVR, Inc. from May 2022 to May 2023 and has extensive experience at M/I Homes, Inc. from July 2015 to April 2022, where Chad progressed through various roles including VP of Land Acquisition, Director of Land Acquisition, and Land Acquisition Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Land Acquisition Manager at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, and in the Community Development Department at Biltmore Farms, LLC from 2007 to 2012. Chad’s career began in the marketing department at Hendrick Motorsports and included service as an Officer in the United States Navy aboard the USS George Washington and at the US European Command Headquarters. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science from Davidson College, a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and participation in a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
