Chip Morrison

Chip Morrison is the Vice President of Land Acquisition at DRB Group, where they leverage extensive experience in the field. Currently, Chip also holds the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition at Meritage Homes, having transitioned to this role in 2023. Prior to these positions, Chip served as a Land Acquisition Manager and Director of Land Acquisition at Forestar Group Inc. from 2020 to 2022, as well as a Land Acquisitioner and Project Manager at D.R. Horton in 2020. Chip earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Citadel, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2008 to 2012.
