Chris Birth

Chris Birth has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing roles in the real estate industry. Chris is currently the Division Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DRB Group, where they guide homebuyers through the purchasing process and empowers building companies to create a positive impact. Prior to this, Chris worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Lennar and Caruso Homes, Inc., where they successfully managed sales and implemented strategic visions. Chris also served as the Director of Residential Sales and Marketing at The Reybold Group, where they achieved significant growth in home deliveries. Chris began their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Ryan Homes and Gilligan Homes, consistently exceeding targets and building strong relationships with real estate professionals.

Chris Birth received a High School Diploma in College Prep from Bel Air High School in 1990. From 1990 to 1992, they attended the United States Naval Academy, though no degree was specified. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science at Towson University from 1995 to 1997.
