The Human Resources team at DRB Group is responsible for managing recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and organizational development. This team supports the company's dynamic operations across nine states and eighteen metro markets, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive work environment. Key roles include coordinating hiring processes, overseeing employee benefits programs, and implementing HR policies and initiatives under the guidance of the VP Human Resources and Head of HR.
