Michelle Warner, Esq. ACC, BCC, serves as Counsel & Chief Ethics Officer at the Delaware River and Bay Authority since 2012, providing strategic legal and business advice on various matters and developing policies and procedures. In January 2024, Michelle founded MW Coaching & Consulting, LLC, focusing on personalized coaching to drive meaningful change. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for Medford Township Public Schools, Interim CEO of The Energy Team, Director of the Office of External Affairs at the New Jersey Department of Corrections, and Legal and Legislative Affairs Specialist for the New Jersey Department of Agriculture. Early career roles include Deputy Public Defender, where Michelle established a Parental Representation Unit, and Associate at Walker, Dansky, Katz & Ringold, handling personal injury and juvenile criminal matters. Educational credentials include a JD from Villanova University, a BA in Political Science from Villanova University, and certification as an Executive Coach from Saint Joseph's University.
