Birgit Bertelsen

Birgit Bertelsen has extensive experience in consultancy and leadership roles, currently serving as a freelance consultant at the Danish Refugee Council since June 2015. Birgit has held several significant positions, including School Inspector at Linie 10 from 2001 to 2005, Project Leader at Futurecom Uddannelse from 2009 to 2010, and Consultant at A2B from 2007 to 2009. In addition, Birgit is the owner of Transition Consult, which has been active since 2005, providing coaching and advice on communication and conflict resolution within organizations. Birgit's academic qualifications include a Diploma in Leadership from CVU - KLEO, a degree in Psychotherapy and Family Therapy from the Psychotherapeutic Institute, a degree as a School and Youth Advisor from the Danish School of Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching from Tønder Statsseminarium, and training in leadership, consultancy, and coaching from DISPUK.
