Raphaël Capony

Raphaël Capony is the Head of Global Projects, Operational Standards and Quality Assurance at the Danish Refugee Council, where they oversee the implementation of global multi-country projects and enhance resource mobilization for innovative programming. They have held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of DRC Diaspora Programme and Country Director in South Sudan and Iraq. Earlier in their career, Raphaël worked as a Central Rollout Manager for an international transport group and as an Organization and Management Consultant at EGGERS Conseil. Raphaël holds an MBA in Sustainability Management from the Sustainability Management School and has a diverse educational background from HEC Montréal and Sogang University.
