Sofie Bredsgaard Pedersen

Sofie Bredsgaard Pedersen is an experienced HR Advisor currently working with the Danish Refugee Council since November 2014, specializing in international partnering and engagement, with a focus on implementing a Global Engagement Survey. Sofie's background includes roles as an HR Consultant in talent management and as an HR Administrative Coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for Axis - NGO, where project planning and management skills were developed through work in youth sexual and reproductive health in Peru.
