Patrick Halbert

Patrick Halbert currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at By Dre and Snoop, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick was the former owner of OTR: On the Rocks Premium Cocktails from January 2015 until February 2024. Patrick earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Abilene Christian University, completing the program between 2003 and 2007.
