Shane Caldwell

Shane Caldwell is a research engineer at Dreadnode, focusing on reinforcement learning, environments, and synthetic data, while training and evaluating models for offensive security use cases. Previously, they held roles as Director of Artificial Intelligence at multiple companies including Handled and UniGroup, and served as a Senior Data Scientist, where they developed deep learning models and engaged in various data mining tasks. Shane also worked as a Junior Research Scientist at Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute and has experience as a CyberSecurity Consultant. They earned a Master's degree in Data Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from New College of Florida.
