Will Pearce

Will Pearce is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and offensive machine learning. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Dreadnode since October 2023, Will previously held the position of AI Red Team Lead at both NVIDIA and Microsoft, where responsibilities included safeguarding machine learning systems through advanced red team operations and developing methodologies and risk assessments. Earlier experience includes a Senior Security Consultant role at Silent Break Security, focusing on penetration testing and information security services, and a Security Consultant position at FRSecure LLC, where Will built and executed offensive security services. Educational background includes studies at Bethel University and Franklin University Switzerland.
