Harry Massolin has been immersed in the hospitality industry since age 16, building an extensive career in various leadership roles. They served as the Group Operations & Openings Manager at RIKAS Hospitality Group from 2022 to 2023, and previously held the position of Director of Food & Beverage at both Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. Currently, Harry is the Head of Operations at d.ream, where they contribute to pioneering hospitality concepts across multiple continents. Their experience also includes significant leadership positions at The St. Regis Doha and Hotel ICON.
