Many people have the wrong idea about manufacturing and manufacturing careers.  They often think that manufacturing is dark dangerous and dirty!  Or maybe they think why would I want to do the same thing for 8 hours everyday!  Let me tell you this is not your not your grandfather's manufacturing!  In today's manufacturing manufacturers place a strong emphasis on safety along with a clean work environment!  Today's manufacturing is also very fast paced with many different challenges requiring employees to be able to think critically in teams to find workable solutions.  Dream It Do It WNY is helping to eliminate these misperceptions about manufacturing and show the future workforce what manufacturing is and especially what it isn't!

The Dream It Do It Western New York mission is to increase the skilled workforce pipeline entering manufacturing careers.

OUR VISION
DIDIWNY is the catalyst organization of the Dream It Do It manufacturing career initiative with a vision to provide Allegany County, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara manufacturers with a labor force that has the skill and training levels required to meet their demands.
